Booth structures are fixed and cannot be customized. Please prepare your own equipment (e.g., laptops, displays, promotional materials). If customization is essential, contact the organizer to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
The organizer will handle the production of booth backdrops and other necessary outputs. Exhibitors are only required to submit the relevant design files.
The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions on booth assignments and may adjust the event venue or schedule if necessary.
Each team may only exhibit in one zone. If you’re selected for both the General Startup Zone and another program (e.g., accelerators or government pavilions), you must choose one. Duplicate participation is not allowed and may result in cancellation of your exhibitor status. Refund policies will apply in such cases.
All event-related updates will be sent to the contact person listed on the registration form. Please notify the organizer via email if there are any changes to your primary contact.
