Blauwerk Provision is a premium food brand established by CLOUD SALAD SUPPLY, specializing in refined cold meals, low-carbohydrate meal preparation, and corporate wellness catering. We combine carefully selected European block cheeses, locally supplied sous-vide Italian-style chicken breast, and high-altitude cabbage grown by partner farms in Haiduan Township, Taitung, where farmers are transitioning toward environmentally responsible and organic cultivation.

Our premium home-delivery meal-preparation plans and office meal-box solutions are designed for individuals, families, and businesses seeking convenient, nutritious, and responsibly sourced food. Each week, fresh mountain cabbage is transported from Haiduan to our production facility in Kaohsiung. Rich in dietary fibre and naturally satisfying, it serves as a practical alternative to part of the refined carbohydrates commonly found in everyday meals.
