Over the past several years, Sam, the owner, has traveled across northern, central, southern, eastern Taiwan, and Pingtung, working in luxury hotels, restaurants, and Indigenous communities.
Along the way, he has had the opportunity to meet and learn from Michelin-starred chefs from around the world.
