We are a local young couple from Taitung, Jinlun, who have returned to our beloved village with the knowledge we gained from elsewhere. We hope to infuse new energy into the local community and also learn more knowledge and skills from the tribe. At HeySoul Café, we handcraft coffee beans, drip coffee, and desserts. We also collaborate with local small-scale farmers to develop roasting methods best suited for our local coffee beans. Our goal is to allow more people to enjoy Jinlun’s local coffee
