Samingad’s Spicy Stew Chicken Feet, hailing from Taitung's Tai'an Tribe, is a fragrant and continuously popular dish created by indigenous singer Chi Hsiu-Chun and her husband, Sun Ting-Hao, who returned to their hometown to start their business. Their main products are braised chicken feet and braised tofu. The couple is hands-on in every step, from cleaning the chicken feet to preparing the ingredients, and they personally craft their unique braising sauce. This meticulous process, which takes
