Founded in the early spring of 2025, Sanchingyoyu was born in the quiet mountain town of Liugui, Kaohsiung. Rooted in a deep love for our hometown, the brand reflects a heartfelt connection to the land and its natural rhythms.
Our signature product, Liugui Camellia Soy Sauce, is crafted using native Taiwanese black soybeans and delicately infused with the subtle aroma of wild arboreal camellia, a species indigenous to Liugui.
Made without artificial additives and brewed through traditional methods with long-term natural fermentation, every drop is a careful balance of quality and time, rich in flavor yet never overpowering, with a smooth, lingering sweetness.
