Shun Fa Tea is run by a second-generation tea farmer who grew up learning how to pick and process tea alongside their parents, inheriting the family’s traditional tea-making craft. Since returning to their hometown in 2014 (Year 103 of the Republic Era) to take over the tea factory, they have continuously developed a variety of tea products to meet market demands, including unique flavors like mountain tea blended with fermented citrus. In recent years, Shun Fa has also invested in new equipment to innovate traditional tea presentation—introducing round tea cakes and chocolate-shaped tea bricks, showcasing the diversity and creativity of modern Taiwanese tea.
